The Leadership Academy is a leading competence center for personal, leadership and organizational development.

Our founders, Claudia and Stephan Herkert, have several decades of practical experience in people and corporate management and development. Their experience ranges from start-ups to global corporate management and responsibility for between USD 1m and 1bn p.a. in sales and 20 to 2,000 employees, including M&As and IPOs etc.
